Introduction of Pyrolysis and Gasification Technology


        Firstly, screen and dry the household refuse, separate inorganic component, produce RDF from organics and carry out pyrolysis and gasification because of low rate of water content, orderly particle size, good breathability, high density , high calorific value and other features, if the output of pyrolysis and gasification furnace of the same category and some specification increase more than two times, gas calorific value doubles, equilibrium degree of furnace temperature is high and generation rate of dust is low, it will be easy to control the generation of Dioxin in a low level. Although the cost if RDF equipment is increased, total cost remain the same with small declination because the output is increased, gas quality is increased and treatment cost of end gas (gas from biological treatment) is reduced. High-quality pyrolysis gas goes through secondary combustion, hot air turns into vapor in order to generate electricity. Power generation of raw refuse per ton amounts to 400 KWH.      
  
        Pyrolysis and gasification technology make refuse meet the standard of harmlessness, reduction and resource utilization with features of small investment, low operation cost and short construction period. This technology can efficiently dispose all household refuse dumped per day in city, eliminate secondary pollution and save abundant land resources.




一、全封闭多级机械筛分系统

生活垃圾热解气化技术是国际上先进的第三代垃圾处理技术,将分选后的垃圾处理为无机残渣和可燃性气体,加以资源化利用。达到了“无害化、减量化、资源化、高效化”的极佳效果。经国家权威机构检测,二噁英、重金属、氢氧化物等多项检测值大大低于国家排放标准,甚至低于欧盟排放标准 。


1、筛分过程中的设备都是密封的,有效控制灰尘散发,整个车间处于负压状态,有效控制恶臭气体逸散。且筛分车间采用大倾角输送带,可减少占地。

2、分选结果:可燃物约30%-50%,有机土约25%-35%,可回收金属约0.5%,砖、石、玻璃、熔  渣等8%-15%。







二、RDF成型系统

可将经过多级封闭式机械分选的生活垃圾含水率下降30%左右,达到提高入炉生活垃圾热值、保证生活垃圾资源化效率的作用。
与直接进行热解气化比较:垃圾先制备RDF,统一入炉原生垃圾的粒径,再进行热解气化,进一步提高热转换效率,进一步降低二噁英的产生,使能源利用提高。



三、垃圾高效热解气化炉



立式旋转上吸式固定床:

2.垃圾炉内停留时间短
3.烟气中含尘量低
4.炉内温度稳定
5.运行维护费用低

RDF热解气化后产生的高热值燃气经由二次燃烧室再次燃烧,避免了由于气体温度降低而导致的二噁英再次合成,保证二噁英含量低于欧盟标准。






四、垃圾气化蒸汽发电系统




垃圾气化蒸汽发电系统,是将垃圾气化技术和螺杆式蒸汽膨胀发电技术结合的先进动力系统。它由垃圾的气化与净化部分和螺杆式蒸汽膨胀发电机组组成。

热解气化产生的可燃气通过蓄温式燃烧室高温(850℃以上)完全燃烧,热气换热制备蒸汽,用于中压蒸汽发电。
